The design takes advantage of the existing disused tin mining water body with a landscape design of meandering layout that complements the lake for a relaxed shopping experience.

Setting new and modern standards of design enhancing the well-being or residents, while rejuvenating and bringing life to the rundown kampung area

The gallery blends bold spatial drama with meticulous detail, preserving a national treasure through passionate design, innovative vision, and unwavering commitment to architectural excellence and heritage.

A thoughful response to a tight site and complex programme with sensitive use of raw and industrial materials, careful detailing and rigorous quality control of the construction process, resulting in a warm and welcoming building

Located within the TRX development, the project challenges the designers in future proofing the exterior and interior designs.
