The bold move to create an internal atrium with 20 storeys over green biophilic wall creates a wonderful alternative green view inwards for all the office floors elevates the internal ambience of the office tower immensely.

Simple but interesting incorporation of features such as passive design strategies and social aspects of a space.

Comprehensive design by integrating with passive design strategies, social needs of space and especially considering the needs of people with disabilities.

The innovative design offers a unique shopping experience amidst a harmonious fusion of contemporary aesthetics and views of the surroundings, particularly at the rooftop gardens, creating a captivating and immersive retail destination.

A delightful interplay of brickwork, interspersed with voids and open spaces, creating a visually inviting, very open and welcoming environment
