Skilfully blending diverse materials, the design seamlessly integrates contemporary tropical living with nature, harmonizing indoor and outdoor spaces while carefully preserving privacy

A discreet restoration, the South Wing blends heritage, craftsmanship, and civic function, honouring the past while inspiring Penang’s future leaders with quiet elegance.

Admirably detailed built-in furniture and inventive product shelving systems establish a dramatic and luxurious backdrop for the display of the products. This uniqueness is further emphasized by good volumetric planning and details such as the fractal ceiling design.

A landmark transformation through bold alteration, reviving an abandoned resort into a vibrant destination through cultural narrative, refined detailing, and climate-responsive spatial renewal.

Programmatically and architecturally the scheme advocates the SDGs through its environmental consciousness design, recycled material use, and socially equitable program.
