Outstanding and phenomenally detailed use and reuse of materials which creates a wonderful rich tapestry of materiality that adds an immense amount of character and depth to the scheme.

The architect demonstrated design sensitivity by incorporating practical green building principles and a universal design approach, blending the facade with the local historical culture to create a strong and authentic identity.

Admirably detailed built-in furniture and inventive product shelving systems establish a dramatic and luxurious backdrop for the display of the products. This uniqueness is further emphasized by good volumetric planning and details such as the fractal ceiling design.

A successful remodeling and upgrading of an old apartment block.

A well designed tower embroidered with interesting and exquisite detailing decisions such as using intricate lace like shading elements at the podium juxtaposed with the elegant vertical solar shading and minimalistic windows of the tower.

Exceptional use of natural light to illuminate the feature stairwell anchors the scheme in its expression to embrace naturality and liveability in the interior spaces. Well defined volumes are crafted into exceptionally detailed informal and formal spaces.
