A successful remodeling and upgrading of an old apartment block.

Comprehensive design by integrating with passive design strategies, social needs of space and especially considering the needs of people with disabilities.

The design is a commendable attempt at deciphering the commercial building into something more in tune with the precepts of liveability, nature, and comfort.

Skilfully blending diverse materials, the design seamlessly integrates contemporary tropical living with nature, harmonizing indoor and outdoor spaces while carefully preserving privacy

The use of sliding louver doors on its façade not only enhances its aesthetic appeal but also provides excellent light control, making it an outstanding example of sustainable and tropical urban living.
