This project witnessed two unrelated concepts : first being the horizontal pedestrian linkage determining the ground plane planning and second the vertical Mondrian curtain walling dictating the facade and vertical skyline, coming into play harmoniously

A delightful interplay of brickwork, interspersed with voids and open spaces, creating a visually inviting, very open and welcoming environment

A discreet restoration, the South Wing blends heritage, craftsmanship, and civic function, honouring the past while inspiring Penang’s future leaders with quiet elegance.

Incorporating biophilic elements into the existing building not only gives a new sense of well-being to the building but also new life to the existing urbanscape.

Piercing out in the city’s skyline, the facade features an innovative blend of glass and metal, creating a striking visual statement, with minimalist yet sophisticated aesthetics.
