Optimisation of the challenging site constraints yet successfully minimising site destruction while effectively integrating environmental parameters into the spaces. Skillful solution to a steep sloping site to take advantage of opportunities and integrate the spaces with nature.

A masterful interplay of form, light, and nature, this residence exemplifies spatial clarity, climatic sensitivity, and experiential richness in one cohesive architectural gesture.

Admirably detailed built-in furniture and inventive product shelving systems establish a dramatic and luxurious backdrop for the display of the products. This uniqueness is further emphasized by good volumetric planning and details such as the fractal ceiling design.

Innovative planning represents an imaginative solution in the general site arrangement of landed housing. Due consideration regarding the ability and preplanning for the future expansion of the units is commendable.

Programmatically and architecturally the scheme advocates the SDGs through its environmental consciousness design, recycled material use, and socially equitable program.

Elegant modern response to authority’s requirements for Islamic features, with an interesting blend of contemporary architecture and Islamic elements for a sophisticated living experience that pays homage to tradition while exuding modernity.
